    As advised by various teachers, including Lama Zopa Rinpoche, the simplest way to practice the 21 Taras is to chant or say the opening praise followed by the 21 verses of praise in either Sanskrit, Tibetan or English. However, as explained in the benefits, the praise itself is a “root mantra” which means it is beneficial to chant in the original language of Sanskrit at least one time in your practice.
